Dr. Aparup Pakhira, a Doctorate in Corporate Law from RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur has been an integrated part of Turiya. Dr. Pakhira is multifaceted and crucial for ensuring that the agency operates within legal boundaries while maintaining its reputation and integrity. He assures that Turiya abides by all applicable laws, rules, and industry standards, including those of data protection, media restrictions, and marketing legislation. Dr. Pakhira plays a vital role in protecting the communications agency from potential liabilities while supporting its strategic growth through informed decision-making processes. As an HR consultant, he fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring smooth operations and strategic growth through tailored human resource practices in the fast-paced communications industry.

Dr. Aparup Pakhira is currently an Associate Professor, and Faculty of Juridical Sciences; JIS University. He worked as a faculty member at KIIT Law School Bhubaneswar, also served as an assistant professor at DSNLU Visakhapatnam. 

Dr. Pakhira has extensive experience in both the corporate and academic sectors. He began his legal career as a civil practitioner and later worked as a legal advisor at Tata Motors. He has also been associated with prominent law firms and corporate sectors, while contributing to significant research projects sponsored by the Government of India. Notably, he served as a researcher on projects like Incorporation of Corporate Governance in SMEs and Sexual Harassment of Women at BPOs, which were sponsored by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Law and Justice, respectively. 

Dr. Pakhira’s work has been published in several prestigious international journals and national publications such as Quality Times and IIFM Business Law School Journals. He is frequently quoted by national and international media, reflecting his active engagement with contemporary legal issues. Dr. Pakhira has also organised and participated in key seminars and conferences, including the international conference on “Convergence of Corporate Governance in SMEs,” sponsored by NFCG and MCA.

Dr. Pakhira also has a Master's in Law (Cyber Law) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, a Postgraduate degree in Computer Applications from Jadavpur University, and a graduation in Physics (Hons.). Additionally, he is a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
